The Habit Transformation Course is made up of 12 programs packed with information and advice to help you take control of your life and develop healthy habits.
You’ll learn how to transform your life by making healthy choices when it comes to what you eat and drink. You’ll start by eating the right foods to fuel your body and brain, and you’ll learn how to avoid unhealthy snacks and how to hydrate effectively.

For each habit, you will be guided through a 6-step process:
Step 1: One habit at a time
You will focus on one habit for a 2 week period, making it ridiculously easy for you to follow. To begin, it will literally take you a couple of minutes a day. As you progress you may wish to invest more time, but really, minutes are all you need.
Step 2: Personalise your habit
Make the habit personal to you, thus giving yourself options and ensuring you can find the best starting point.
Step 3: Focus for 14 days
Follow a specific habit, which of course you have personalised for yourself, for 14 days. After 14 days, move on to the next habit. Gradually building one habit upon another so that with time this process leads to big results.
Step 4: Aim for 6 days out of 7
Habit-based coaching is about MOMENTUM, not perfection, so give yourself some flexibility each week.
Step 5: Weekly habit review
Conduct a weekly habit review, giving yourself chance to reflect on the past week or so of doing the habit.
Step 6: Weekly habit adjustment
Your chance to lengthen or reduce the habit you are working on slightly so you can keep going. This will help make small adjustments over time to help to overcome the resistance of the mind and body to change, which you know is uncomfortable.
